Fogliato’s career reflects a deep commitment to embedding ecological principles in agriculture, with a focus on regenerative practices, sustainable sourcing and environmental stewardship. He began with hands-on experience in vineyards across Italy and Argentina, working as a cellarman at Cantina Tollo, Azienda Agricola Sorelle Bronca and Bodega Benegas. His academic training in farming systems ecology, combined with practical work across Europe and Latin America, has shaped a holistic and grounded approach to sustainability.
At Control Union, he rose through multiple roles, from intern to program manager, specializing in organic and regenerative certification programs. He also served as coordinator of the EOCC Task Force on Residues, strengthening international compliance practices.
In 2023 Fogliato joined Pernod Ricard’s global sustainability team in Paris, developing sustainable sourcing policies and regenerative agriculture frameworks aligned with corporate climate and biodiversity goals. In 2025, he assumed leadership as project manager for sustainable agriculture in North America, driving sustainable sourcing and regenerative agriculture initiatives across key supply chains in Canada and the U.S.
